What creators can use now, how bookings are secured, and what stays outside the platform.
Gallery and story submissions can be stored privately, reviewed by N3W ERA, and hosted after approval. Final client deliverables, including complete job folders, proof galleries, original exports, and direct handoff files, must be delivered off-platform by the creator.
ACTIVE CREATOR PORTAL
Edit only your connected creator page: bio, location, specialties, coverage radius, equipment, and public gallery.
Upload finished promotional portfolio work privately. N3W ERA reviews every entry before it can be hosted or published.
Submit editorial story material for review. Approved stories and their media may be hosted in the N3W ERA newsroom.
Review assigned inquiries, see athlete jersey details, and create itemized online or cash quotes.
Use Stripe as the preferred payment method. For approved cash bookings, collect before the scheduled start and manually confirm receipt.
Keep review notes and creator support conversations in the private portal.
Stripe Checkout is the easiest and most efficient way for a client to secure coverage. The portal confirms payment automatically and routes the creator payout through the connected Stripe account.
Cash is commission-free and intended for clients who cannot pay online. It does not secure coverage until the full amount is physically received and recorded by the creator.
Collect cash before kickoff or the scheduled start. If it is not received, you may cancel the booking, decline to begin coverage, and leave without providing services. Never mark cash received before you personally have the full amount.
Use the personal email or username assigned by N3W ERA. A single-use code is sent to that email.
Sports photo and video requests include a required jersey number and jersey or uniform color to help you locate the correct athlete.
Online bookings receive a secure Stripe link. Cash bookings receive an itemized cash notice with no Stripe link or platform commission.
After receiving the full cash amount, use “Mark Cash Received.” The portal closes the booking and emails the client a confirmation.
