This notice explains what the website measures and what information is collected when you contact, book, submit, or sign in.
We use a first-party measurement system to understand public page views, approximate visits, general device categories, referring domains, and important actions such as opening a creator profile or submitting a booking request.
The anonymous visit identifier is stored only in your browser's session storage and disappears when that browser session ends. We do not set analytics cookies, build cross-site advertising profiles, or fingerprint visitors.
Creator Portal, Media Studio, administration, quote, payment, and private calendar routes are excluded from website analytics. Form details, messages, payment information, and private creator activity are not copied into the analytics dashboard.
Information you intentionally provide through booking, contact, creator, gallery, and story workflows is used to deliver those services. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; N3W ERA MEDIA does not store complete card details.
Public game nominations need no account; contact details are optional. The team uses the information you provide to review suggestions and coordinate coverage. N3W ERA reviews nominations and may publish selected matchup details on a game ballot. Nomination names and contact details stay private. The community votes for the game, and N3W ERA selects the creator. Creator credits and game vote totals may be displayed publicly. Contact email addresses and private submission records are not published. Voting needs no account. An anonymous first-party browser cookie, lasting up to 180 days, helps limit repeat game votes in each round. If you are already signed in, your existing hashed account identifier is used. Clearing browser data or using another browser can bypass browser-based limits. Voting identifiers are not copied into website analytics.
Game voting and nomination actions may appear in anonymous website insights. Private Game of the Week administration is excluded.
