PLATFORM ROLE

N3W ERA MEDIA operates a creator marketplace, roster, portfolio, editorial platform, and workflow portal. Creators remain independent service providers responsible for their production methods, taxes, permits, insurance, and performance unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Submitting a request is free and does not guarantee creator availability, acceptance, publication, coverage, or a particular result.

CREATOR ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

Portal access is invitation-based and tied to a creator's approved personal email or username. A creator may edit only the public profile and assigned work connected to that account. Login codes are single-use, and access may be suspended for misuse, rights violations, security concerns, or departure from the roster.

Creators must review the Creator Onboarding Guide and acknowledge it with these Terms when requesting portal access and when submitting gallery work.

SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW & HOSTING

Gallery and story entries are private during review and are never published automatically. N3W ERA may approve, decline, request changes, schedule, or publish an entry. The submitter must own the work or have all permissions necessary for review and possible publication, including appropriate permission for featured minors.

Hosted on N3W ERA: approved promotional portfolio images, creator gallery entries, editorial stories, story media, credits, captions, and public profile information.

Not hosted as a client-delivery service: complete client job folders, proofing galleries, raw files, original archives, full-resolution delivery packages, contracts, or final production handoffs. Creators deliver those materials directly to their clients using an off-platform method agreed between them.

Submitting work grants N3W ERA a non-exclusive license to store it for review and, if approved, display, format, promote, and distribute it through N3W ERA's website and social channels with reasonable credit. Ownership remains with the applicable creator or rights holder.

BOOKINGS, QUOTES & ACCEPTANCE

Clients submit booking requests without upfront payment. A booking becomes payable only after an authorized creator or N3W ERA administrator sends an itemized quote. Every quote includes line items, quantities, rates, a final USD total, and an expiration date.

Online payment through Stripe is the preferred, easiest, and most efficient method for securing coverage. Clicking “Accept Quote & Pay” opens Stripe Checkout and confirms the quoted scope and price, subject to any separately agreed production details. Project changes may require an updated quote.

CASH BOOKINGS & COVERAGE CUTOFF

Cash is offered only as an alternative for clients who cannot use the online Stripe checkout. Selecting cash does not reserve, guarantee, or secure coverage by itself.

The full cash amount must be received by the assigned creator before kickoff or the scheduled start time. If payment has not been received by that time, the creator may cancel or release the booking, decline to begin coverage, and leave the event without providing services.

The assigned creator or an authorized N3W ERA administrator must record the cash payment in the Creator Portal. A cash booking is not considered paid or confirmed in the portal until that record is completed. Clients should retain the emailed cash-payment confirmation.

COMMISSION SCHEDULE

N3W ERA calculates its platform commission from the final client-facing Stripe quote total in whole cents using the single percentage assigned to that total range.

The creator portal shows the client total, platform fee, and estimated creator payout before an online quote is sent. Stripe processing charges are platform costs under the current destination-charge configuration and do not reduce the creator payout displayed on that quote.

Cash exception: N3W ERA does not charge a platform commission on a booking designated and recorded as cash. The creator collects the quoted cash total directly and remains responsible for accurately recording receipt and handling any applicable taxes or obligations.

PAYOUTS, REFUNDS & DISPUTES

Creators must complete Stripe identity and payout onboarding before sending online payable quotes. After successful online payment, Stripe routes the creator share to the connected Stripe balance and retains N3W ERA's application fee. Bank payout timing is controlled by Stripe and the creator's payout settings.

N3W ERA administers refunds and disputes for marketplace payments processed through Stripe. Cash payments are collected directly by the creator and are not protected, processed, refunded, or reversed through Stripe. Any cash refund or dispute must be addressed directly with the creator, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

RIGHTS, ACCURACY & CONDUCT

Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or unauthorized material; impersonate another person; interfere with site security; or use another creator's account. Creators may not falsely mark cash as received. Story contributors are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims and credits.

To the extent permitted by law, N3W ERA provides the platform as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, publication, client engagement, revenue, coverage, or creative results. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

CHANGES, ROADMAP & CONTACT

N3W ERA may revise these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected here and may require a new acknowledgment. An online quote keeps its recorded commission rate when edited unless its payment method is changed under an authorized workflow.
