A photograph freezes a moment. I chase the emotion behind it. While everyone else is locked on the catch or the shot, I'm looking for what's in a player's eyes. The anger, the joy, the raw energy. My photos tell a story, and I want that story to land with whoever's looking at it. The play can happen again, but the feeling never will. As a former athlete, I know how intense a game gets and how much emotion players let slip through. Those are the moments worth keeping.
